  Job Description.

     I.        Exceed recruitment target on new agency leaders and agent enrollments.

   II.        Enhance quantity and quality recruitment by developing successful
leaders.4

  III.        Emphasis on quality recruitment by the Agency Leaders and
Agency Associates through one-on one session.

  IV.        Create mutual support platform for Financial Executives, Agency Associate and Agents to enable
easier recruitment.

    V.        Enhance AFYP & Number of cases by the unit.

  VI.        Focus on potential EC, MDRT, and CEO council agents through complete unit.

VII.        Focus on number of R&R winners.

VIII.        Focus on enablement and development of the team.

  IX.        Ensure agents, agency associates, agency associate’s unit and agency leader unit is in complaint with various IRDA guidelines.

    X.        Timely contract of agents and agency associates
within regulatory guidelines.

  XI.        Monitoring IRDA guidelines impacting AAP channel at regional level.

XII.        Track competition regularly at regional level on various measure such as new strategies, new compensation models etc. with particular

Add-on of AFYP & number of cases in the team.

 XV.        Add-on of number of new agency associates

XVI.        Case Rate & Case Size Ø Agent satisfaction survey.

XVII.        Accuracy and timeliness of information Other Responsibilities: HO
co-ordination. Sales promotion activities. Assist in overall running
of the Office Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: Selling Skills
Relationship Building skills.

XVIII.        Coaching and Developing Team.

XIX.        Result Orientation.

 XX.        Resilience Discipline.

XXI.        Demonstrating Adaptability
Minimum Education:  Minimum Graduation in any discipline, MBA will be
an added advantage.

XXII.        Minimum and specific experience:  Overall experience of 4-6years.

XXIII.        Preference will be given to candidates having man management experience.

XXIV.        Should have minimum of 2 years of sales experience. CTC: upto 5.5L Age: upto 40 yrs Minimum
