Ø Responding to the customer requests over call/Chat/Email.
Ø Provide customers with product and service information.
Ø Transfer customer query to appropriate staff (as and when asked for).
Ø Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer.
Ø 10+2/10+ 2 years of Diploma cleared /Graduate/Post Graduate.
Ø Good Communication Skills.
Ø Patience - Ability to deal with difficult, escalated emails/calls.
Ø Positive attitude.
Languages:– Hindi/Gujarati/ Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam/Marathi/Bengalis/Assami etc.
SHIFTS – We have flexible shifts (Morning/Evening/Night).
AGE LIMIT - 30 Years max
SALARY & OTHER BENEFITS:
Salary ranges between Rs.8000 to Rs.23000(CTC)per month + Attractive Bonus.
Week Off & Holidays as per the yearly chart.
