Ø Candidate must be comfortable with Spine software, salary generation process, employee life cycle management, and other aspects of operations.
Ø Employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, induction, conducting orientation and coordination with the internal team.
Ø Employee grievances & communication: resolving employee queries/ issues, drafting internal Emails, for communication.
Ø Employee Engagement: Planning and organizing events (one-minute games, fun Fridays, stress busters, birthday celebrations etc.)
Ø Letter management: Issue appointment and confirmation letter, reliving an experience letter, and arbitrary letters.
Ø Recruitment: End to End recruitment cycle.
Ø Exit Management: Conducted exit formalities, exit interview & documentation.
Ø Handling Payroll.
Ø Handling PF, ESIC.
Ø Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Ø Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
Ø Maintains employee information by entering and updating employee data.
