Ø Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Ø Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
Ø Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job board.
Ø Source and attract candidates by using databases ( Naukri ,Monster, Timesjob etc) and through various reference methods.
Ø Scrutinizing the resumes, interacting with candidates to understand their capabilities, strengths & limitations.
Ø Scheduling Telephonic & Face to Face Interview with clients.
Ø Maintain and update status of all ongoing position (status of interviews, candidate short listed for various rounds).
Ø Explain the salary break ups and salary negotiation with candidates.
Ø Excellent communication skills & willing to learn.
Ø Any Graduate with good communication and interest in Recruitment. Experience - 1-2 Years / Fresher’s are also welcome.
