1. Order management which includes receiving and monitoring
2.Communicating with the chefs to ensure order prep time and quality is intact
3.Routing of orders as required
4.Inventory tracking and monitoring
5.Cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
6.Managing customer complaints and escalations
7.Acting as a customer delight officer

Note:- Minimum Educational Qualification: 10+2 and Able to read and speak English.
